At SG Vape Shop, we provide fast, reliable, and secure vape delivery across Singapore, available 7 days a week. Please review our delivery and shipping policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

📍 Delivery Coverage

Island-wide delivery to all residential and commercial addresses in Singapore.
👉 Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and accessible to avoid delays.

⏰ Delivery Time Slots

We deliver daily during the following time slots:

3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Order cut-off: 2:00 PM)

7:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Order cut-off: 6:00 PM)

📌 Orders placed after the cut-off time will be arranged for the next available slot or the following day.

📦 Delivery Days

We deliver 7 days a week, including weekends and most public holidays.
⚠️ During peak demand, minor delays may occur. We recommend placing your order early.

💳 Payment Terms

Cash on Delivery (COD) is our primary payment method.

❌ PayNow/PayLah is not accepted during delivery, unless pre-arranged with our team.

If last-minute PayNow is requested, the driver may cancel your order.

🤝 Safety & In-Person Delivery

All orders are handed over face-to-face at the ground floor or building lobby.

🚪 Doorstep delivery (to your unit via elevator) is available for an additional SGD $10 fee. Please notify us via WhatsApp in advance if you require this service.

📲 WhatsApp Notification & Payment Flow

You will receive a WhatsApp message from our driver with the estimated arrival time.

Customers must hand cash to the driver first.

Only after receiving payment will the driver hand over your parcel.

⏳ Waiting Time

Our driver will wait a maximum of 5 minutes upon arrival.

If you are not present, the order may be rescheduled for another delivery slot.

💰 Surcharge Zones

Additional SGD $10 fee applies for deliveries to certain restricted or long-distance areas:

CBD Districts (Postal codes 01–08)

Jurong Island & Tuas (Postal codes 62–63)

Sentosa Island (All addresses)

👉 To avoid extra charges, you may provide an alternative delivery address.
